Vegetarianism

Vegetarianism is eating based on compassion. There are many reasons to be a vegetarian. One reason is ethical - not harming animals. Another is for own own health - vegetarians live longer and suffer from less debilitating diseases. Finally, a vegetarian diet is less harmful to the planet.
